How many reminders does each customer receive?

By default, customers get two reminders: one 24 hours before their appointment and another 2 hours before. You can customize this based on your business needs.

Can customers reschedule or cancel via text?

NeverGhost sends reminders only. Customers can reply to confirm, but rescheduling and cancellations happen through your existing booking system or by calling your business directly.
